Sunday, May 3, 2020 - Spot on tasting note from the winery; a blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, 9% Petit Verdot. Our second edition blend exhibits layers of fresh plum, violet, cassis, sweet tobacco, and cocoa. On the palate the wine reveals dense, rich fruit, fine textured tannin, and velvety weight leading into a lingering finish.
