Friday, January 12, 2018 - Paired effortlessly with a variety of Szechuan dishes, none of which were as spicy as expected. Deep, rather intense fruit flavors featured minty spiciness. An intensely long finish was betrayed by a harsh note that suggests to me giving this more cellar time which I suspect might produce even more harmony.
