Saturday, December 26, 2020 - Tasted after several hours of air. Dark purple color. Opaque. Round red berry fruits and then bamm some medium plus acid kicks in. Firm tannins. Went great with sausage Bolognese pasta. The fruit pops back out on the finish. Good persistence. Very nice effort. This still needs time though.
