Monday, April 25, 2022 - This wine seems to have come of age. Bottle 5 of 6 from LB. I decanted this with an aerating spout 2 hours in advance of meal. It did not seem to need decanting at all, very little heat and was delicious immediately. Very pronounced nose noticeable as I was pouring into the decanter; my wife claims to have been able to smell the nose from 30 feet away in a different room. Too bad I only have one bottle left.
