Thursday, September 19, 2019 - Visiting London, Galway, Dublin and Paris; 9/14/2019-9/29/2019 (England, Ireland and France): Bottled under screwcap, this wine has some initial reductive notes and a slight spritz, but both quickly dissipate. Light in body and color, it is a crisp white that exudes attractive notes of jasmine, honeysuckle, kiwi, citrus and pit fruits. Vibrantly acidic, mineral-laden and without any alcoholic heat (13%), it has good mid-palate presence and finishes with medium length. Pair this with grilled white fish or similar fare. Drink now-2021.
