Monday, August 10, 2020 - South Africa Masterclass with Gabrielskloof and Spioenkop (Zoom): Pale lemon with a slight greenish tinge, and star bright. Aromas that seem stony and mineral, with some salad leaves and underripe melon. Acidic, and a good fruity intensity, of quince and apricot, as well as orange blossoms, and a smoky minerality towards the back. A very long fruited finish. Great wine!
