Sunday, April 4, 2021 - Pale straw colour. Nose of moss initially, like a damp cellar. After a few minutes of air, nose held hints of citrus and apricots. Fresh mineral taste with notes of apple and lime. Nicely balanced and good length. A nice refreshing wine.
