Saturday, November 22, 2008 - Killer bottle of wine. Bright, yellow slightly golden color. Light and clear. On the nose, initial, telltale leesy, minerally, indescrible. Still good acidic backbone. Constantly evolves over the evening, althernating between lemony acidity, chewy leesy almost red like palate feel, and evolving with notes of more minerality and some butterscotc. Perhaps most amazing, we drank it side by side with a great bottle of 85 Monfortino and it kept changing and the Monfo never got in the way of savoring a great evolution in the glass.
