Saturday, June 26, 2021 - Great Yarra Valley Chardonnay. I guessed it was a big oaky Chardonnay so I decanted this wine and gave it 30 min to wake up. Not disappointed. A great honey rock melon nose. Slight mineral aftertaste. Long follow through finish. Like all Aussie premium Chardonnays it’s priced at $100+. ? that! Anyway a great wine that has the ability to improve for at least another 10 years. Love it
