Wednesday, May 16, 2018 - Tuscany wine tour with Tim Syrad Wine Tours. Visit to Petrolo winery in Bucine. Notes by my wife Liz.
o Single vineyard – 20k bottles p.a.
o 100% Merlot; 8 mth barrel
L – rich dark cherry
N – complex – sea salt; slight dust; peppermint/blackcurrant leaves; cedarwood; blackcurrant; plum
T – Dry, rich & chewy (very young)
