Sunday, March 24, 2019 - Just delicious but it needs LOTS of air if being opened anytime soon. My rating is from the second day drinking from this bottle (drank half, recorked, in the fridge overnight) when it really started to hit its stride. Day 1 it was wound really tight and a little restrained but had nice fruit. The next day I poured a glass it had all sorts of more subtle leather and earth notes to compliment them and round it out. Make sure to decant cuz the last glass had a ton of sediment!
