NOSE: moderately expressive, initially, but did become showier with air; cool red fruits --- crushed raspberry, in particular; hint of bitter orange and grapefruit emerged a bit past the 1.5 hr. mark; aromas are really quite suave and elegant without being weak; aromas remained beautiful and well-delineated at the 4 hr. mark, too.
BODY: medium-light bodied; violet-garnet color of medium depth; clear. Cool label art, which doesn't affect my score, but grabbed my attention enough to merit mentioning.
TASTE: medium+ to high acidity; raisins; light to medium-light oak; 11% alc. not noticeable; no tannin; impressive concentration considering it's only 11%; tart – red currants; I have no idea how well this will age, but it's drinking so well now it almost seems foolish to hold. Drink Now. Lovely, interesting wine.
