Monday, December 25, 2023 - Outstanding! Double decanted, on Christmas eve, let it sit sealed in the bottle overnight, and served around lunchtime Christmas Day. Beautiful aroma of mixed berry and vanilla. Fruit forward, but balanced by zesty baking spices, black pepper, cedar, and a touch of earth. A beautiful blend, indeed.
