Thursday, October 5, 2023 - As others have noted this needed a lot of air to show much. Opened an hour before first glass and it was still fairly uninspiring and felt like it was missing a lot. 2 hours later it started changing gears. Nose was still subtle but not atypical for Preuses. Elegant and floral. The palate intensity really ramped up and the minerality and salinity was impressive. Never would have guessed this as an 18 blind. Should be killer in 5-10.
