Saturday, July 22, 2023 - Fuees Dinner (DJCV as host) (Brooklyn, NY): Very delicious for a petit Chablis. 18 is a wonderful vintage for Chablis in my opinion; the heat and ripeness seems to have made these wines less austere. Still fresh and mineral, but not totally acid driven which I really appreciate. Very yummy.
