Friday, March 26, 2021 - Fruit Day - Salmon coloured. Delicate nose of wild strawberry and orange blossom. On the palate, it’s creamy with orange zest, spice, savoury herbs, and a hint of liquorice root. The finish is where this wine shines - finishing with orange zest, orange blossom, sweet herbs, and five spice. The finish isn’t quite good enough to draw me in, I must admit. Perhaps it’s grown a bit tired?
