Sunday, September 26, 2021 - Obviously too young but wanted to try one for scientific purposes. Very primary but complexity did eventually come out with an overnight. Bright black fruit, violets, black pepper, smoke and mineral. Texturally soft with moderate acidity. The fruit is very pure with no excess but nothing to get excited about at this age. Give it 10 years.
