Wednesday, March 24, 2021 - Leaf Day - Almost fluorescent purple/red in colour. Nose of red florals, white pepper and fresh, juicy red fruit. On the palate it’s lively and fresh with crunchy red fruit, savoury herbs and spice. Medium acidity and light ripe tannins keep it fresh and cleansing on the palate making you want to take another sip. The herbs, pepper and fruit continue on into the medium length finish.
