Served well-chilled (8/46) w/Breaded Cod Sandwiches and Coleslaw.

Clear, very Pale Yellow in the glass. Floral hints on the nose along with hints of petrol (maybe it's the 13 % Semillion). First impression is 'Tart' with some petrol hints, carrying over to the palate. Bone dry and citrus-y. Faint notes of Oak. Acidic and mineral-ly resulting in a prolonged finish that is quite pleasant.
Overall didn't particularly like; may be more suitable for casual sipping on a hot afternoon, or as another said with spicy foods.
