Friday, June 16, 2023 - Deep ruby in colour. Pronounced nose intensity with notes of black and red fruits, toast, pepper, graphite, lead, flora, violet. Medium+ acidity and medium tannin. Tannin are velvety and polished. The palate are better than the nose notes. Medium+ flavour intensity with long finish. Very refined wine. Did not decant. Will improve with ageing. Min time to decant is 2-3 hours.
