Wednesday, April 27, 2022 - Perhaps my first Roter Veltiner, and it was really good. With the refreshing acidity and ripeness of fruit in a fully dry wine, it reminded me of of an excellent Sauvignon Blanc except the flavor profile was much more to my taste.
