Saturday, November 14, 2020 - Sublime. Superb layers of red fruits, a lovely winter wine. Paired with a breast of pigeon with pommes dauphinoise. Brilliantly structured wine with another 15-20 years left. His Meursault is superb but this was fabulous burgundy.
