Saturday, December 26, 2020 - some gamey notes and violet on the nose, deep dark fruit on the palate and an elegant long mineral finish, this is in the sweet spot right now, even thoug it is on the heavier side for burgundy it has an absolutely brilliant acidity to give it tension and structure
