Sunday, January 23, 2022 - I thought I would give one of our bottles a try last night as a pre dinner football watching drink and then to pair with butter chicken. This was quite approachable after a brief decant. Plenty of dimension and depth with that bright Eola Amity freshness. The pairing was pretty solid too.
