Wednesday, March 13, 2024 - Dr. Heger’s glanzparade! I Bought this weissburgunder4 yrs ago at the producer in Kaiserstuhl. Last weekend during an early asparagus dinner, I opened it to see if it would meet my expectations, based on a little sip at the producer’s tasting room. Simply drinking, it already impressed, with a humble yet well-structured performance. But in combination with the asparagus it reached another level, it hit us with soft white fruit, lemon and tangerine beyond expectations! 🛠️13,5%Alc 🍇Weissburgunder 🛒Producer, 28€"
