Saturday, March 12, 2022 - La Paulée de New York Grand Tasting (Pier Sixty, Chelsea Piers - New York NY): Walk around tasting. Ultra rich fruit with the bright textures to balance. Spiced with mostly black fruit and nearly balanced structure at this early stage. A great wine, just still a few years away. One of the the tasting's highlights.
