Friday, November 17, 2023 - Dark ruby. Medium intense nose of blackcurrant, blackberries, raspberries, slight tobacco, slight mushroom, black pepper, some garrigue, some oak.

Palate similar. Fresh and juicy expression. Some spiciness and nibbling tannins. Well balanced and delicate. Quite mature now, but has further development potential. Hardly any bricking on the edges. Good quality and one of the better Crozes-Hermitage.

Paired with reindeer stew - which was a great combo.

Medium body, medium acidity and medium tannins.
