Saturday, August 12, 2023 - Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted for one hour. Nose of black cherry, black raspberry, loamy earth and spice. Black and red fruit, anise, loamy earth and spice on the palate. Long finish. Medium bodied. Served with apple wood smoked pork chops.
