Garnet to dark garnet color in the glass, fairly clear looking throughout. Nose of roasted meat, black berries and black pepper. Flavors of black raspberries, Bing cherries and black berries. Medium to tart acidity, drying tannin, full bodied. Drink now or over the next 3-4 years with some air to open first.
