Thursday, January 19, 2023 - Black, shy nose, blackberry and olives , concentrated tart hard-edged tannins at cork pull - left uncorked overnight - blackberries took on a sense of sweetness and the tannic signature smoothed a bit as the wine drank more velvety for breakfast.
