Tuesday, July 28, 2020 - So pretty. So fragrant. I mean I’ll try but chamomile, gardenias, orange blossoms, Irises, Jasmine, roses, and lilies all seem to lure you in, each so forcefully, but in a caressing way making their selves known on scents ALONE. Flavour wise you get all those flowers paired with some really lovely citrusy, lychee melon-y goodness. Not very acidic but I can see this working with so many summer cool dishes like caprese, sushi, marinated prawns I mean you name it. Excellent rendition of such a lovely grape.
