Sunday, November 29, 2020 - Decanted 30 minutes before dinner. Starts very shy, improves with additional air. Flinty, lemon and a hint of hazelnut, good acidity, very dry and a medium finish with a slightly salty after taste. Hard to see where it goes to, just too young, but for sure not bad (89 or more), will wait 1 to 2 years for the next bottle.
