Saturday, November 25, 2023 - Just lovely. Flirty, soft and fresh.
More full body then expected,
Sweet cherries, herbs, meaty tones and a lingering delicate astringency.

Had with medium steak, butternut pumpkins, potatoes, mushrooms and a red wine jus.
