Friday, October 20, 2023 - Nose of lemon, tangerine, orange peel, and kaffir lime leaves. Palate shows grapefruit flesh, lemon, wet stones, and lots of acidity. Citrus pith and preserved lemon add a touch of bitterness on the finish, with lemon thyme and minerals.
