Wednesday, April 10, 2024 - Peaches, nectarines and floral in the nose with mineral notes. Pears, citrus and peaches in the flavor. Very well balanced, full bodied, complex, nice acidity and a long creamy finish. I'm going to wait 3-4 years before opening another bottle.
