Saturday, February 26, 2022 - This had been opened by my wife for 3 days before I had the last glass.

Really very good although the aroma (cedar, strawberry, orange peel) very soft - maybe because it was open so long.

Lovely mouthfeel with medium + acid and soft tannins. Should last but drinking well now. Subtle flavors but very long finish. Medium + body. Vanilla, ripe strawberries, a touch of mint and a bit of caramel on the finish.
