Tuesday, August 4, 2020 - FWS Exam Event: This is exactly what I want in low priced white burgundy. Apple and pear, slight mineral, and not a ton of depth. For the price it holds on pretty well. Not as crisp as Chablis, but also not as full bodied as the southern white burgs.

You will never mistake this for Montrachet, but if you need a low priced white burg that taste like white burg, this fits the bill nicely.
