Saturday, July 11, 2020 - Pale lemon colour. Light nose with oak, yellow apples and lemon. Medium taste of yellow apples, lemon, oak and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Bourgogne Blanc that feels too closed at the moment, especially compared to the riper 2014 and 2015 vintage. Needs some more time to develop. Goes well with cheese, fish or shellfish.
