Thursday, June 11, 2020 - Fresh with familiar Nero Mascalese notes. I would love to have tried this blind against other Etna reds, as on its own (particularly on day 1) I struggled to differentiate it from other quality Etna reds, in my admittedly limited experience.

This evolved and was enjoyable on days 1,2 and 3. On day 3 in particular it had a very pleasing cherry pastille note that was enjoyable to sip and savor on its own after dinner.
