Saturday, January 28, 2023 - This is my 2nd or 3rd bottle of Oregane. It's good but probably the least interesting of the domaine offerings. It's perfectly fine and best served chilled but the mix of chardonnay and savagnin tends to negate the interesting qualities that ganevat tends to get out of each grape varietal rather than expound on them to make something better. As long as you don't overpay, this is a very enjoyable bottle but does not have depth of the other offerings.
