Thursday, January 6, 2022 - Nose of cake batter— vanilla, chocolate— is there any fruit there? Hard to tell, hiding behind a gigantic barrel of oak apparently. Texture, similarly, reminiscent of cake batter. Struggling through a glass of this and will try again tomorrow. Admittedly i often find this appellation heavy-handed but this…. Takes the cake.
