Wednesday, May 5, 2021 - The nose is balanced and aromatic with tones of almond paste, red apples, nougat, spiced pears, meyer lemons, nectarines, stone fruits, crushed rocks, yellow flowers, and smoke. The Medium bodied feel is balanced but lacks some depth with crisp, high acidity. This is a good introduction into Etna Biancos that fully delivers in the low to mid-$20s.
