Saturday, December 23, 2023 - Tasted one glass with Coravin
Deep purple colour, dry but very fruit forward (as always), low acidity, intense aromas of dried blackberry and plum, very intense vanilla, chocolate, dark berry marmalade, high alcohol, not very complex but still very enjoyable, rest sugar is clearly noticeable
Good quality wine, goes along very well with red meat barbecue, roasts and slightly sweet asian style dishes
