Wednesday, April 14, 2021 - Pale ruby in the glass. Somewhat sweet aromatics, almost ripe, of strawberries, raspberries, Mediterranean herbs. Light on its feet, but provides mysterious complexity that keeps revealing as the minutes pass. Bright acid, soft tannins and overall great balance of everything. A glou-glou wine with character.
