Thursday, February 4, 2021 - This wine was a little odd for me. At first it had a very bitter finish. It is drinkable. What made the wine lovely was the fact that we paired it with very spicy food, it made the wine very sweet and smooth.
I wouldn’t drink this wine with anything besides spicy food
