Saturday, January 9, 2021 - Pale gold color. Aromas of white peach & tropical, fresh white florals and powdered ginger spice. Crisp tropical fruit on the palate, with hints of minerality, white pepper and dried florals. Nice flesh to the mid-palate, fresh acidity, with nice dry length on the finish.
