Thursday, April 22, 2021 - A very nice entry wine to the ceritas chardonnays. A good example of a stable, enjoyable wine with great floral (especially at 30+ minutes and later). We drank it over diner and the citrus/light lime worked very well for our menu- chicken schnitzel and salad. Finish got longer over the meal. It held well the floral. More green apple and some (little) peach on the palate. Certainly refreshing, nicely done and with some aging potential.
