Friday, January 5, 2024 - This is my first of 3 bottles. I largely agree with @finlero. Maybe I’m missing something, but the flavor intensity seemed somewhat lacking to me. I wanted to like this more than I did. I didn’t get any soapiness, but the wine seemed a little thinner than I was expecting, and I kept hoping for more complexity. I’ll probably leave my remaining bottles for 6 months or so and then try again.
