Friday, April 16, 2021 - Slightly cloudy burnished dark copper; some sediment. Tea colored.
Nose apricot, hint of candied cherries.
Palate red apricot and dried cherries, an herbal tinge with some minerality, very nice depth. Like a Provençal rosé. Good potential still. Per J, strawberries and raspberries with honey.
