Sunday, March 21, 2021 - Golden color.
Nose golden apple and honey.
Palate very tart, high acidity, a lemony green apple note. More honeyed when eaten with a fatty food like fried chicken as contrast. Some stone fruit, mineral notes with time.
Still very young IMO but good promise.
